Description
Our famous CO2 Jets create cryogenic fog plumes of approximately 8m high. The effect is very reliable and repeatable because of its high quality and reliable valve. The CO2 Jet can be mounted in truss constructions or placed on stages. The CO2 Jets must be used with liquid CO2 tanks. When the CO2 comes out of the Jet there will be a loud sizzling sound which make the effect even more spectacular! Tanks can be purchased or rented separately. it is controllable by DMX if connected to a DMX switch pack.
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a tasteless, colorless, odorless, nonflammable, liquefied gas. Carbon dioxide is an integral part of the basic life cycle in nature. It is exhaled by humans and animals, then used by plants to help them grow. Plants, in turn, release oxygen, which people depend on for survival. The nozzle sprays the liquid up into the air causing the surrounding humidity to condense into fog.

About CO2 jets
How it works
A CO2 jet blasts liquid CO2 into the air as a white column of cold vapour that disappears within seconds. A CO2 gun does the same by hand.
What you need
CO2 cylinders with a dip tube, so that the CO2 leaves the cylinder as a liquid, high-pressure hoses and, for several jets, a manifold; plus DMX control from control gear. Prefer no CO2 at all? The Magic FX Eco2Jet makes a similar white plume with a fan and fluid, without CO2 cylinders.
Safety
CO2 displaces oxygen: indoors, make sure the space is well ventilated and plan how much CO2 you release. Never aim a jet at people at close range, secure the cylinders upright and wear gloves when you handle cold parts.
